Join us on Thursday mornings to pause, breathe, and prioritize your wellbeing!
Youth Development Leaders are often the stewards of hope and change for Chicago youth—but who takes care of the caretakers? In CLX’s weekly 15 minute breathing break, participants will receive a powerful introduction to science-backed techniques that help leaders reduce stress, increase clarity, and reconnect with purpose. You’ll learn practical tools to improve your stress, performance, and well-being—both for yourself and for your work. Join us on Thursday mornings to explore how investing in human resilience isn’t just good for people—it’s essential for optimal performance and impact.
All community members are welcome! We encourage you to attend, and to share with any mentors, program/site coordinators, program managers, and directors of OST youth development organizations in Chicago
