The Network Program Manager position is an independent and collaborative position working to foster connective tissue amongst Chicago’s out-of-school time innovation ecosystem. This position works closely to develop two key initiatives: CLX Professional Learning Network and Remake Learning Days CHI—a four-day citywide pop-up learning festival geared towards engaging and connecting families to 21st century learning opportunities.
CLX seeks a Finance & Operations Manager who has a track record of effective financial management and operations. In this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent financial acumen, and strategic planning skills. CLX is a small but mighty team, so you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively. You will work closely with CLX’s Executive Director to manage finances, create financial reports for our Board of Directors, as well as work with the CLX team to manage our strategy and operations.
The Development & Communications Manager position is a collaborative position working independently and collaboratively with various CLX staff and programs. You will also work closely with CLX’s Executive Director to draft and edit grant proposals, reports, and presentations. You will also lead our internal and external communications, such as newsletters and social media
The Program Manager: Pathways Support position is a collaborative position working with various CLX initiatives and partners locally and at times nationally. This position works closely with CLX’s Director of Programs to develop strategies and manage projects for CLX’s Pathway Programs in Energy and Computer Science.
It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that Maria Hibbs, the Chicago Learning Exchange’s Executive Director, plans to retire on December 31, 2019.
