The Pathways Program Manager position is for a self-starter who is entrepreneurial, knowledgeable about STEAM, and has a deep commitment to racial equity through workforce programs for Chicago youth. The primary responsibility of the Pathways Program Manager position is to help CLX manage the final implementation of our grant-funded project to spread energy pathways programs. This Program Manager will work independently, but also collaboratively with CLX’s Executive Director and Network Manager to develop strategies and manage projects for CLX’s Pathway Programs in energy and computer science.

The Development & Communications Manager position is a collaborative position working independently and collaboratively with various CLX staff and programs. You will also work closely with CLX’s Executive Director to draft and edit grant proposals, reports, and presentations.
