The Frank Lloyd Wright Trust is collaborating with the Driehaus Museum to host Photographing Frank Lloyd Wright: An Evening for Educators. This is a free evening event hosted through the Trust’s ongoing program Teaching by Design, which provides teachers with arts education resources for their classrooms and ISBE credits for continued learning. This event is hosted by the Driehaus Museum and organized by the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust Education Department.

This session will focus on the Driehaus Museum’s exhibition, Photographing Frank Lloyd Wright, which includes photographs taken of Wright and his architecture, as well as Wright’s own photography. Teachers will participate in a photography-based storytelling workshop, led by teaching artist Lisa Lindvay. This workshop is meant to enhance design-based learning in the classroom. Participants will earn 2 ISBE credit hours. We encourage teachers to arrive between 4:30 pm and 5:00pm to enjoy pre-program refreshments. The program begins at 5pm.
