Lauren Hince (she/her) - Chicago Debates

Lauren Hince is the Volunteer & Outreach Manager for Chicago Debates. In her role she recruits, trains, and manages the large network of volunteers it takes to execute Chicago Debates programming. As a former debater from Minnesota, Lauren understands firsthand how impactful debate can be. Lauren believes that debate not only brings with it life-long skills, but also a strong community connection. She loves getting to build building and foster a fostering a robust and committed debate community for the organization.

Lauren Hince is a member of 2023 Young Nonprofit Professionals Network Leadership Institute. She also spends her time volunteering with the Chicago Cleanup Club, serving as a Braven professional mentor, and representing her college as a Class Agent.
