Emma Jeter - A Safe Haven Foundation
Emma moved to Chicago to get a feel for the city's public service industry, refine her professional interests, and develop her skills. Now that she's lived and worked in Chicago for about a year, she wants to turn towards education and early intervention. She's become increasingly disillusioned with the state of American public schools, and frankly, our country's entire pedagogical model. She wants to join this community to connect with other professionals who're interested in and invested in education, to access resources to help amplify the quality of her contributions and to elevate innovative ideas for using education to improve the lives of people and kids everywhere.
